2023 Infrastructure Conference

On 24th March, CEDA hosted their 2023 Infrastructure Conference, a full-day event which brought together 200 attendees, which included a wide range of leaders from industry and government across Australia's infrastructure sector.

The day commenced with a poignant Welcome to Country from Uncle Shane Charles, Co-Chair, Reconciliation Victoria, and saw a wide range of industry professionals discuss a variety of topics including, delivery perspectives, international infrastructure outlooks and Australia's energy transition throughout the day.

This line-up included government voices, Keynote Speaker, the Hon. Catherine King MP, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, Parliament of Australia, Senator Bridget McKenzie, Shadow Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development, Parliament of Australia and The Hon. Jacinta Allan, Deputy Premier of Victoria and Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and the Suburban Rail Loop, Parliament of Victoria. At both a Federal and Victorian State level, the leaders discussed current priorities and challenges for infrastructure as well as prioritising long-term infrastructure investments for the Nation's long-term prosperity.
